NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING     Saturday, 10 February 2024

To be held at the NSCSO, 177 Rosedale Road, cnr Mona Vale Rd, St Ives at 2 pm

AGENDA

1. Welcome to all
2. Twelve Traditions to be read
3. Members Attendance accepted
4. Apologies
5. Confirmation of Minutes of the 2023 Annual General meeting
6. To receive the Reports of the Committee Members
7. To approve the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023
8. To confirm the appointment for two years of members filling the casual vacancies of Office Manager, Literature Coordinator, Office Roster Coordinator, Diverter Switcher Coordinator, Diverter Roster Coordinator and Treasurer jobs since the last annual general meeting  
9. To appoint members to;

• the vacant position of Trustee for a three-year term
• the positions vacated on rotation of Hospitals & Institutions Coordinator and Webmaster for two-year terms

        10. Special Resolution to amend the Constitution of the Association

“That the name of the association be changed by abbreviating ‘Incorporated’ to ‘Inc.’’

[To be passed, the Special Resolution must receive votes in favour from not less than three-quarters (75%) of the members who vote in person at the meeting]

        11. To deal any other matters that the meeting may approve
